Have been taking classes here for the past two years. Jeff and Joe, the instructors, are both equally good at what they do. I've tried the Tae Kwon Do and the kickboxing, and can't decide which is more fun. Classes are also very social; sparring is a surprisingly good way to meet new people. Share Your Review
