This is an open letter to the customer service lady who worked the counter the last time I was at Starbucks. I was at the front of the line, and I was on my cell phone, and I was in the process of hanging up, but I didn't want to be totally rude to the person on the other end. But no, you couldn't wait for me to say "Goodbye, I'll talk to you tomorrow." You couldn't wait at all! You actually served the person in line behind me instead of waiting two seconds. Then I had to wait another five minutes while she took a lifetime to order her latte. What the heck? Seriously, I was next in line, but there may as well not be a line, because you made the line meaningless when you decided my business wasn't important to you. I'm never coming back here again.
