Pasta night here is totally awesome. I usually don't order pasta at Italian restaurants because it is so expensive for what you get, and I hate walking away hungry and broke. They give you huge portions here, and at a discount, if you show up on Wednesday nights! And they throw in drinks and all!

My boyfriend lives in Merrick, so whenever I'm over at his place, we usually head over to Galleria Pizza at some point! Their food is delicious! They know how to cook pizza crusts. They get that perfect level of crispiness on the outside, and no doughy texture. It's always cooked through, but not hard, dry or burnt. That's a big deal to me. I hate when pizza crust isn't cooked right. Their ingredients seem really fresh and healthy too, and I like the cheese they use. Everything is always nicely seasoned. And they're fast! And very friendly too.
On Wednesdays, they host pasta night, where you can get pasta, salad and a drink for cheap. I normally can't afford pasta dishes at Italian restaurants, so I love it!

I have been to probably five or six pizza places over my long years living on the island, and this is my new favorite. It's not perfect, but it's well priced and it's a good value for the money. I don't know much about the service since I order takeout, but they always seem to be fast and helpful, and I've never had to wait longer than advertised. Nor have they ever messed up my order. The pizza comes loaded with toppings, and the crust is great.

In Merrick there are not many places where you can have a decent pizza and not pay a fortune. In Galleria Pizza, you can have both. The pizza is made the Italian way, which means that they use the original, traditional recipe with tomato sauce and oregano, along with basil and garlic onto the thin and crispy bread. They use only the finest ingredients and the most delicious toppings, including peppers and mushrooms, sausages and bacon, olives and even chicken. They are cooked to perfection and they are served in wonderful coloured dishes that add to the taste. Their prices are quite low for the quality that they offer. You should pay a visit at Galleria Pizza as soon as possible.
