More about us: i work with individuals, couples and groups, dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and and assertiveness. these people often have problems in their work or interpersonal relationships. i help them to strengthen their communication skills as well gain insight into the dysfunctional behaviors that cause them to be unsuccessful. i am interested in how childhood traumas and old family patterns continue to haunt people in their present lives. We specialize in adults, anxiety or fears, depression, dissociative disorders, divorce, domestic abuse, elders (65+), impulse control disorders, loss or grief, parenting, personality disorders, relationship issues and trauma and ptsd.
