I went to Rite Aid for my medications for a year before switching over to a local pharmacy, and now I have no clue what made me keep going back, aside from sheer complacency I guess. They were often very slow at the pharmacy counter, and when it came to the rest of the store, I can't remember the last time I actually looked for a customer service agent to help me and found someone. It seemed like there was hardly anyone working the floor, and those that were would make obvious attempts to avoid me. The service I get at my new pharmacy is miles better. I will never look back, and neither should you. You don't have to settle for crap service. Share Your Review
