I never even knew what pilates was until I started taking classes here on a friend's suggestion. We both suffer from back pain and she said hers got a lot better after she started doing pilates. I joined her and I've found my pain is getting a little better too. It feels great learning how to control my body more and have better posture. I've been enjoying the classes, and would recommend them to anyone looking for exercise to do which is both fun and good for your body.

I started getting into this for my health originally. The injury I was trying to recover from is mostly gone now, largely in part thanks to the exercises I think, but now i keep going just because it's a lot of fun and it's also very relaxing. I love being in shape, and this has been a great environment to learn
