I have been losing weight faster than I ever imagined since I started training! The personal coach I have been working has been so helpful! She has really made me rethink my approach, and I've been eating a much better diet. She has me trying new things I never would have thought of in the gym, and I am loving the results! I have been going to Curves for about half a year. Six months ago I suddenly discovered a lot of my clothing wasn't fitting anymore, and I had been sneakily putting on weight. Not a happy discovery! I thought about going it alone, but I didn't want to put a ton of effort in and achieve no results. Many of my friends and family members struggle with weight issues, and I thought some guidance might be nice. The trainers at Curves who have worked with me have been just wonderful. They've helped me understand my body type, my dietary needs, how to count calories (without going crazy), and how much to work out each day. Most of my clothes fit again, but I still go back because I want to stay in shape and in good health. Share Your Review
