They did a wonderful job cleaning and restoring an antique rug that has been in our family for years. It is a beautiful piece, but for a long time, you wouldn't have known it, it was such a mess after being rolled up in storage for so long. They managed to bring it several shades lighter and get out a lot of the stains. It now looks as good as I imagine it did when it was new. There are barely any visible flaws. Excellent work. We have a special rug that we bought at an antique store a number of years ago, and my wife was heartbroken when our son spilled juice on it and she couldn't get it clean.
