Pretty good restaurant, but what happened to their website? They're still here, right? Because I was here only the other month, and just remembered that it was a pleasant experience. I wish I could leave a more optimistic review, because the first few times I was here, I liked their pizza. But then I got the eggplant pizza and it was pretty ugh. They don't do eggplant right, and you know how bad eggplant tastes when it's done wrong. And then there's the issue of prices. Prices here are really high, especially for the pasta menu. I was able to put up with that until I found lower prices elsewhere for equally good food. LA Pizetta has some of the best pizza varieties in NYC. There are lamb kebab pizzas that taste wow, there are chicken breast pizzas simply out of the world, there are fish sardine pizzas and veggie pizzas as well. Who does not love pizza? If you want to taste a traditional pizza made in the italian way, which is the original way of making pizza, then you have to go and visit LA Pizzetta. There are different kinds of pizza ingredients, all blended together most perfectly making the perfect result of a home made looking and tasting pizza. There are absolutely superb desserts as well, such as ice creams and cakes and some wines of the most intriguing flavors. We came to know about LA Pizzetta rather by accident. Our car broke down at the neighborhood and we had to call for the service to come and tow it. So, we sat at the diner and ordered, until they came. The food was delicious! We forgot about our bad day and we filled our stomachs with great food! The children also liked the pizza and the dessert that they ordered in the end. Chocolate chip cake with strawberry cream and syrup, what is not to like?
