They've raised rates on me three times since I moved my stuff in four years ago, but I guess that's just the way things go. I know that they have no choice since they need to be competitive in the market, and when rates go up everywhere, they have to go up here. I didn't feel like this was adequately explained to me when I first decided to store my stuff here, so that's what's costing my rating two stars.

Otherwise, I can say that the storage unit itself is clean, spacious, and easy to access. They have helpful dollies which you can use to wheel furniture and other stuff around and elevators to access the upper floor (where my stuff is). Between me, my MIL dearest, and hubby greatest, there is one problem we never get together with – DEBRIS!! I want my home clean, my MIL wants me to store each pack of nonsense that she can find in the world hoping that ‘some day you can put it to use betty’. My hubby supports mommy dearest and I had to chalk out a solution to keep myself sane.

Enter Extra Space Storage – and there is a radical change in my home now! MIL nd hubby are happy about finding a place where they are assured of their trash being safe and cared for, and I know who’s the boss now!!! Way to go!!!

Extra Space Storage is my one stop shop for storage needs. I occasionally have a lot of trash that means a lot to me and I cannot simply throw them away. Thus, extra space storage is the place I put them in. This place is wonderful and I’m very happy with the services. Share Your Review
