We were looking to purchase a new home, and we found what we thought was the perfect home. The only problem we had was that the current owners owned several dogs and cats, and our daughter is extremely allergic to animal fur. We were almost not going to buy the house but our real estate agent told us about Z Best Maintenance Company, and said they would clean everything out so there wouldn't be a problem for our daughter. The current owners agreed to split to cost of the service with us, so we went ahead.
Z Best Maintenance Company did an excellent job. We bought the house, moved in and our daughter hasn't had any problems.
Very pleased, and will likely use their services again.
