I was in a pinch and had no choice but to part with some of my precious coin collection. Thankfully it was MY coin collection and not something I inherited, so I knew exactly what each coin should be worth. The prices they quoted me were honest and fair from the start, and that isn't an experience I've had too often when re-selling bits of my collection. I had a fairly large coin collection, passed down to me from my father. I still have most of the collection, but was in need of money during a rough month. I sold some of my coins to Whitman Coin and they gave me an awesome price. I was able to hang onto my apartment. I'll definitely think of them if I need to sell off any more of my collection in the future. I'd also recommend them if you're in the market for some collectibles. I was strapped for cash so took some jewelry over to Whitman Coin & Jewelry Inc. They were able to give me a loan based on the value of the jewelry. I think I got a fair price loan. I was able to get back on my feet for that month, and when I went back and re-payed the loan I got my stuff back. The terms were easy to follow, and when my jewelry was returned to me it was in the same condition as when I left it. Share Your Review
