More about us: i have extensive experience treating adolescents, adults, couples and families. personal problems that bring people into therapy usually develop due to the following reasons: 1)conflicts between the patient and other important people in their life, 2) emotional feelings of stress, anxiety, depression or sadness or 3) a combination of both of the above. through a combination of interpersonal and cognitive behavior therapy, i am able to help individuals, couples and families identify the sources of their problems and together, we work to resolve their emotional issues and interpersonal problems thereby enabling them to experience a more successful and satisfying life/ relationships.
