Well, I am a huge fan of Chinese cuisine. Chinese food is the only one that does not end up stuffing me with all the extra carbs and bready stuff that the other cuisines include. In Wah Hing Chinese Kitchen I can always get a perfectly tasty meal and enjoy every little bit of it. The menu features some of the most famous Chinese dishes, traditionally cooked with the use of some pure ingredients. Veggies are widely used which is really healthy and nutritious for our diet. There are spring rools of veggies and meat or shrimps, dumplings, noodles in many different flavours (I prefer the curry version) and some fried banana as a light dessert. Oh, and I would almost forget to mention the sweet and sour pork, which is a great dish, cooked to perfection by the Chinese chef of the place.
