If you want quality makeup, I really recommend Ulta! I didn't buy their stuff for a long time because a lot of it was outside the usual price I paid for makeup before, but since switching I haven't looked back. A lot of their stuff is kind of expensive, but I notice if you search the shelves on the ends or near the floor, sometimes you can find some pretty sweet deals.
