When I was a kid I dreamed of having a treehouse or a playhouse. We weren't able to have one cause of the homeowners associations wouldn't let us, it was against the rules. Anyway, when my son turned 5 I decided I was going to build him a playhouse. I would have preferred a treehouse, but we didn't have any trees in the backyard to support a treehouse.

I went to Thurber Lumber Company Inc and told them what I wanted to do. They made the recommendations as to what kind of wood I would need, and how much. I was impressed with the knowledge of the salesperson who helped me.

The playhouse turned out great, and because of the lumber choices, I think it'll last long enough for my future grandchildren to use. Share Your Review
