When I was on the look out for the new offices of our firm, I had to talk to quite a few real estate agencies. They were all talk and nothing more, most of the times that is. However, with The Corcoran Group I felt that something was different. The people there were really kind and helpful and they did not seem to mind if they just talked and made no deal right away. It is good to know that there is no pressure in you deciding on the spot about something as important as your office buildings. Anyway, after some thorough research we came to a deal with the Corcoran Group and the offices were more than satisfactory.
