I really like the way that Suffolk County National Bank has setup their website. There is so much information that I was able to obtain without even having to talk to anyone. They have a lot of different mortgage calculators available which makes the whole process a little more understandable ahead of talking to their representatives. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with at Suffolk County National Bank have been friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. They have all quickly answered my questions and concerns, and have done so in a way that I was able to comprehend.

I have done some comparison shopping for mortgages and in all those comparisons Suffolk County National Bank had the best deals when compared to other reputable companies that I had found.

I have been so pleased with the services I have received through Suffolk County National Bank that I have recommended them to co-workers, friends and family members who have all told me what pleasurable experiences they have had when dealing with Suffolk County National Bank. I've heard nothing but positive feedback from everyone I have spoken to.

I only had one very minor issue in my dealings with them. I was refinancing a property that I owned, and they told me that I would hear whether or not the loan was approved within a couple of days, well it took a week, and I had to call them to find out the results of the loan. The call was a happy one though as I found out that I had been approved for my loan. All that was needed was for me to come in and sign the final papers.

I am aware that since they are so reputable that they have a lot of customers, both new and old, so I don't consider this to be a really big deal.
