After having a number of of digestive problems with no obvious cause for some time, I finally thought, "maybe I should just get tested for allergies already." I went to Suffolk Allergy & Asthma Center and paid for the allergy test, and boy am I glad I did. It turns out I have several minor food allergies, not enough to make me really sick or put my life in danger, but enough to give me indigestion and make my life hell if I don't avoid the foods on my don't-eat list. Now I can structure my diet in such a way that I don't feel sick when I eat anymore. The nutritionists at the allergy center have helped me to create a plan which will allow me to get just as much nutrition from my diet without relying on foods I can't eat. It's made a huge degree of difference in my day to day experience, and I feel so much happier now. It was well worth the money. Share Your Review
