Subways is a great fast food chain and has been there since I was in college. My review of the Subway Joint here, in Carleston is as follows –

- The serving is good, not great by any means, but overall okay! This, is a bad thing, considering you are one of the biggest hospitality services, and I’d like you guys to improve on the services a great deal!

- The pricing is way too high, and the salads are cold! I don’t mind cold salads on balmy days but serving me a cold (read frozen) Coleshaw during a chilly winter evening is not good service.

- You guys are a franchise and I do understand the quality will not be as good as the original brand. Nevertheless, you must look to keep your clientele, which is unfortunately, missing from the way you guys behave.

- There is no ‘personalization’ at all! I don’t usually look for a warm smile from every pizzeria and fast food center I frequent, however, you guys must learn to say a polite Thank You and not run away with the bill payments!

Whatever…I’d still rate the place three stars – one for ambience, which is thankfully reminiscent of the good ole Subway restaurants, one for the menu which is again, thankfully unchanged and not tampered with, and one for the hope of better service, since hope is what we live for!

Thank you for understanding and hope you’ll consider my suggestions with the seriousness it deserves.
