I was okay with this storage facility for a while, but now they are raising prices on me. I really cannot afford to pay more, but they don't seem to care about that. Having seen the good reviews for Storage City I decided to give them a try for my stuff. I only needed a small space and they managed to get me the last one within the range I needed (the other spaces are larger and cost more money). So that was cool. The premises seem like they're safe and secure, and i feel okay about my stuff being there. Customer service was helpful and explained things to me clearly about the rents and such, and it's really easy to pay my bill each month. I wanted to clear my house, due to a sudden renovation plan that the owner has decided at the last minute. I have found a place to stay, but I needed a place where I could store all my belongings, since I could not have them with me. I used the Storage City as a warehouse for all my stuff. They were really helpful and they gave me all the guarantees possible that my things would be kept safe and away from all others. They are truly friendly and can understand your frustration and anxiety, which is good. Their prices for a whole month were remarkably low, as well. I will definitely use them again, if I need to---which I hope will not happen any time soon. Share Your Review
