Staples and I normally don't get along. This store is poorly organized, the people at the register kind of annoy me, and it's really hard to find the good deals. Like with the paper for example, they stash the nice affordable stuff high up on the shelves and try to tempt you into buying ridiculously overpriced paper instead.
Anyway, the four stars. The reason I'm leaving this positive review is because a Staples employee impressed me. I had to move out of the room I was renting in a hurry and needed boxes within like 48 hours. I didn't want to buy them (and didn't know where to buy them anyway), and heard some stores would give them away if I went in asking. I went to Staples, and not only did a sales floor employee let me into the stock room so I could pick out boxes I wanted, but he helped me carry them to my car! Amazing! That guy, I think his name was Steven, he went above and beyond. Thanks Steve!
