Skiing is something I often indulge in summers. Being Anglo-American, I’ve skied on the Alpine ranges, the Tuscan slopes, and the French slopes. The skiing scene at the NYC is a little drab, comparing that in the UK. However, I still enjoy skiing here (since something is better than nothing at all).

Sno haus has been my favorite store for supplies that I forget to order from the UK, or parts that need replacements. Their skiing resources are not as grand as you get them in the UK, but they are decent for learners. As an experienced skier I’m looking for new and modern products always.

Sorry for the constant comparisons, I’ve lived in US and UK and find UK way better in skiing than US! And I’m sure many would agree! Anyways, since this review is about Sno Haus, I’d rate them three stars, since I’m cutting two stars for lack of expertise-range products and the pricing (again a UK comparison). I love to go skiing during the winters, and there aren't a whole lot of ski shops on Long Island. Sno-Haus sells some top notch equipment; I got my poles here and my skis, as well as some amazing gloves and Oakley sunglasses. They carry a lot of other excellent brands like Northwave, Burton, K2 and Ride. The equipment I purchased here several years ago is still in great shape. Sometimes I go in for an upgrade though!
