More about us: i am a licensed marriage and family therapist. couple therapy and family therapy have been shown by research to be an effective, and in some cases, the most effective, treatment for a whole host of problems. this is so even for problems, like depression and that seem to be localized within a single individual. the effectiveness of couple and family therapy stems from the fact that it focuses on changing aspects of our family and couple relationships that are triggering and/or reinforcing the problems we bring to therapy. We specialize in adolescents, adolescents / teenagers (14 to 19), adults, child or adolescent, child or adolescent issues, children (6 to 10), depression, divorce, domestic abuse, domestic abuse or violence, domestic violence, parenting and relationship issues.
