Service: Excellent. Never once have I had a waiter who wasn't smiling and eager to help me. Even when I've asked to have dishes modified, they've done it without complaint. Spectacular.
Food: As good as it gets. Authentic, spicy, delicious Thai. They have a big menu too. I never know what to get because I want it all!
Ambiance: Very pleasant. I feel really relaxed and comfortable eating here, and it's perfect for date night.
Overall, fantastic!

The food is better than any of the Thai restaurants I’ve tried downtown, and some of those are pretty good! The owner and his family are really friendly, I think some of them may work here too. They’ll make your food as mild or spicy as you want it—and they can make it –really- spicy! Try the Thai ice tea too, it is amazing.

A lot of people think that Thai food is easy to get right, but I completely disagree. How many times have I had sub-par Thai food and paid a lot for the dubious privilege of not enjoying it? That's not how it is at Siam Lotus, one of the best Thai houses in town. The people who cook here are actually Thai, and they know their stuff. Ingredients are fresh and authentic, and they'll prepare things to your liking. If you want your food to be spicy, you can get it SPICY. If there's an ingredient you want left out of your food, they'll leave it out. I have a couple of allergies and they're always able to accommodate me.
I think about the food here all month long (I only can eat out a few times a month with my budget), and every time I come in to eat, I leave fully satisfied but wanting more, as impressed as I was last time. For consistent service and delicious cuisine, Siam Lotus gets a 5/5!
