I decided to get a home security system installed after my house was broken into the other month. Generally speaking, I feel much more secure living on Long Island than I did when I was in downtown NYC, but it's still New York. Anyway, what really impressed me about Sentry was that they were able to assist me even though I use sign language. It's very hard to find helpful customer service when all you speak is sign, even in a metropolitan area. They were great and got me set up right away.
