I have three houses on lease and it is Samenga who manages the whole legal transaction for me. I have had no worries about them and they have been exceptional in all the legal dealings with the houses. This is my third year of being in contract with them and I so far have no problems at all.

What I am trying to say is that Samenga handled my jobs well, and will handle yours well too, if you take them in. They have been a fabulous service and yes, I know attorneys are not expected to be personable and friendly but someone forgot to tell these guys that rule. They are the best and I truly admire them in every way possible.
