I was having a problem with my sink, where when I'd wash my dishes, my other sink down the hall in my bathroom, which is connected somehow through the plumbing, would do this weird bubbling up thing. It wasn't dirty or disgusting or anything, but there was a blockage and I didn't want it to get worse. I tried to get it unclogged myself by using drain cleaner, but whatever was stuck in there was something solid--not something which could dissolve. So then I was going to go buy a snake and try to push it out myself, but a friend referred me to Roto-Rooter, and I figured if I was going to spend money anyway, I might as well spend it where it was more likely to have a good result.

They responded to my call and scheduled a time to come by within a week. It wasn't an emergency, so this was fine. The technician was able to get the blockage out of my drain within twenty minutes of entering my house, and was polite, respectful and professional the whole time, and even gave me some advice on avoid future clogs. The great thing is that there is a 24 service available for any emergency, which is useful for a sector such as plumbing, where serious damages can be caused. I have had such an emergency and I was glad that there was someone there for me even in the middle of the night. They were really quick at their response and they managed to repair everything that was damaged within a few hours, so it was superb for me to know where to rely on.
