I thought this was a hotel for ages! I couldn't figure out why so many people I knew kept mentioning it--and finally one day I looked it up and I was like, "ooooh, okay, now I get it." The menu made me excited, so I made a reservation and last week, we had one of the most wonderful meals we can remember in years! Ignore the site link, which leads to a B&B in Corning (which is a fabulous place to visit, off topic). The Rosewood Inn in Melville is a wonderful restaurant. You'll feel like you're enjoying the best fine dining experience, and the food is decidedly in that vein but the prices are not. Their sandwiches are delicious, and very reasonable. I love the chicken and apples dish when I do feel like getting something more upscale. Great place in every respect! Share Your Review
