They really are understaffed. I don't know why they have more than one cash register when it seems like they only ever have one person working there. And there is never any help on the floor. This Rite Aid is about on par with other pharmacies I have used over the years. I recently relocated and had to transfer my prescriptions here. I am always nervous about using a new pharmacy, because I know from experience just how few of them can get things done in a timely fashion. So far so good with this place. No unpleasant or unexpected delays. The store itself is an average department store, nothing much to boast about or whine about. Hopefully they will continue to keep up the good work.
