I heard somewhere that Rite Aid customers consistently complain this is one of the worst stores in the world for customer service. The whole chain, not this one in particular. All I can say is this one is as bad as the rest! There is *never* anyone available to help me, and what's with only staffing one cash register and letting a line pile up? Share Your Review
