I read recently that Rite Aid was voted as some of the worst customer service in the country. I can see that. This Rite Aid doesn't have bad customer service, it has no customer service. Which is the same as every other Rite Aid I have been to. When you need someone to help you, there is never anyone there. Share Your Review
