I attended a friend's wedding ceremony which Ms. Tria presided over, and I was very impressed. The ceremony was beautiful, and I know they designed it with her, and it really fit their personalities and the tone of their relationship--I thought that was very cool. I wish I had known about her when I tied the knot. I think I would have been happy to have a more customized wedding.

It was great finding someone who was able to marry my boyfriend and I. We'd been together for so long, but we were at a loss about the wedding ceremony because we both came from Catholic backgrounds, and obviously the Catholic church wasn't going to marry us. Laura Tria does non-traditional, non-denominational marriages, and she was so sweet and willing to work with us on every aspect of our wedding. We never dreamed we'd be able to have such a beautiful ceremony. Thanks to Laura, all was possible.

My wife and I aren't religious, at least according to our families' traditions. We didn't want a Catholic wedding, even though her background is Catholic, but we also didn't want to elope or have no ceremony at all, because we feel like our marriage has important spiritual dimensions.
Reverend Laura Tria is a woman who does non-denominational wedding ceremonies and other events. She is extremely friendly and open minded, and was willing to work with us to incorporate the rituals which were important to us and to create an atmosphere which we felt reflected our love for each other. We got married on the beach with our closest friends and family members as witnesses, and it was a truly beautiful ceremony. Thank you Laura! It is so wonderful that someone like you is out there to provide more options to people like us!
