I came for appointments at the PT center for a while after I got into an accident, and they did a great job taking care of me. The desk person always greeted me when I walked in the door, I never had to wait long, and the waiting room was actually pretty pleasant. A few different PT doctors worked on me while I was here, but they all did an equally good job dealing with a painful issue in the kindest possible way, and getting me on the road to recovery.
