Radioshack has never improved its service much over the years, and the fact that it manages to be a worthless chain nationwide should tell you a lot. Radioshacks in Long Island are just as shoddy as Radioshacks I've been to in Washington State. How can that be? It's like they actually have a standard for poor service that they strive to live "down" to.

I think it's because they know they can get away with it. There are so many things they carry which I can't find anywhere else. So that gives them a sort of monopoly over equipment. When people have a monopoly, service typically goes right down the drain. Share Your Review
