Generally speaking, I actually hate Radioshack. As a chain. Like, usually my experiences coming into Radioshack are nightmares. But you can't really avoid shopping at Radioshack if you need a really specific part. For me it's always those audio plugs you need for your computer. They have a tendency to break, go bad, or get lost, and it seems like I am always replacing mine. There is really nowhere else you can buy them except at Radioshack. Usually when I go in looking for them, no one knows what I'm talking about, or they ignore me outright.

This is the first Radioshack I can remember visiting where I actually had a good experience with customer service. A woman at the front checkout asked me what I was looking for when I came in the door, and immediately know what I meant and showed me the audio cables. I found what I was looking for and checked out and was out the door in five minutes. It was great being able to get it over with that quickly, and she was very helpful and nice. The only complaint I have is that like any other Radioshack, this one charges ridiculous prices, and that is unfortunately universal across the board, so ... this particular store gets 4/5 stars. Normally I wouldn't bother to rate a big business, but in this case it was exceptional so I can't help myself. I want the company to know when they do something right so that maybe they will do it more often. Share Your Review
