I was sent to Quest by my physician to get some tests done that they couldn't do in-house. I thought the whole process was going to be a total pain, but I was in and out of there in about fifteen minutes, PLUS they had the results ready within days. Awesome service. They made my whole week better simply by not making it go worse!

I have a relatively small private practice, and we simply don't have the resources to conduct all of our medical tests ourselves, so we often send our patients to Quest to get blood tests, especially if we're order a comprehensive panel. Quest is amazingly efficient. Even our patients tell us that they are pleasantly surprised when they go to Quest in person, saying they thought it would be a hassle, but that it was all very fast and friendly. We get the results very quickly. I am sometimes surprised such a big lab company could be so good, but they really do make it easier for me to do business, and I'm so glad that my patients like them too.

I usually run all my hematological tests and other stuff in Quest Diagnostics, which is located nearby in Hempstead. I am prone to have high levels that affect my metabolism, so I need endocrinological blood test run every now and then so as to maintain a proper treatment. Quest Diagnostics are always well mannered and kind with me, they are most helpful to assist me with everything and to run the tests as quickly as possible. Most of the tests are covered by my insurance plan, but even the ones that are not covered, are really low in their prices. They are a great help for me, as far as my health is concerned. I know I can always count on them for all things concerned and I am grateful for that.
