I was not a fan of Public Storage. They kept raising my storage rents, and I couldn't afford it after a while, so I had to get my stuff and move it elsewhere, which was really a pain. I would not recommend them.

I have been mostly pleased with the Public Storage. The customer service person who works at the desk is very helpful. I am not sure if she is the owner or not. The rates keep climbing, which is irritating, but I can only really take off one star for that since I won't be using them much longer. I'm moving into a larger house in September, and will finally be able to put all of my stuff in my own home. If I were using them over the long term, the rates might concern me. For short term storage needs, go for it. They're a good choice. The premises are very secure and easily accessible.
