I tried to quit smoking so many times but it always felt like the addiction had the better of me. I was doubtful about whether hypnosis would do anything or even whether it was real, but after going into Port Hypnosis I realized it was a familiar state. Everyone has moments when they are more able to accept change, good or bad. What's great about Port Hypnosis is that I don't have to keep going back because they taught me how to recognize and re-create this state on my own. It's not only helped me quit smoking but it's also been a great tool for dealing with other problems I have like anxiety and depression. It's easier to make positive changes when I am in a state of mind which can accept them.
