My appointment was pretty good. The doctor was really nice and explained things clearly to me. I didn't need to buy new frames this time, but I could see they had a very nice selection, and I would gladly shop here for frames in the future. The wait time was a little long. I am happy with the glasses I got from Pearle Vision, but I do have to complain about what a hassle it was to actually get them. I can't believe how long I had to wait. I had an appointment scheduled on a Friday at 2 pm. I got there ten minutes late, fretting that they'd move my appointment or delete me from the schedule. But then I found out just how behind schedule they already were. They didn't manage to get to me until forty five minutes later. This is a pretty common optometrist experience for some reason - I don't know why eye doctors always lag behind. But that didn't make it any less annoying having it happen here. Anyway, my new prescription is great, and I do like the frames I bought, so there's that. I will just make sure I don't rush to get here on time in the future. Share Your Review
