Recently I had a screw come loose form my glasses, and the lens started to pop out of the frame. I freaked out immediately and thought I couldn't fix it myself because of the corrosion in my frames. So I jumped in my car around 4:20, drove to Pearle Vision, and begged them to fix it. Even though they only had about a half hour left in the work day, they took care of it, and had my glasses back to me and good as new in ten minutes. I expected to have to pay something for the repair, but they told me it was on the house. I definitely know where I'm going to be coming if I have to buy new frames or lenses.
