Here's the skinny on Panchita. It's one of the best restaurants in town, and is one of the only places anywhere near here where you are going to find Colombian food that is this authentic. When I eat here, I go right back to my grandmother's cooking, and my mom says it always tastes like going back home.

This isn’t a very well known restaurant, but I have no idea why. It’s probably one of the best in Deer Park. No, it IS one of the best in Deer Park, especially if you dig Columbian cuisine. The guac is some of the best I’ve had—nicely balanced. They make a great steak, and their quesadillas are outstanding. Wonderful place.
