Love this place! I've never had anything but great service here. Everyone is super nice. Bagels are big, fresh, warm, and flavorful. The cream cheese is smooth and has a great consistency. I really like the food here. The name of the restaurant is actually "Boiled & Baked Old Fashioned Bagels," but it is the same place. Their food is as good or better than the food I have eaten at similar chains in Long Island. But the service is hit or miss. Usually it's just fine, but there is one lady who works here who is not very nice. She will be nasty about your order if you confuse her at all, even if you don't mean to.
