Oakin Home Improvements is a building contractor which will come to your house to help you out professionally with a home improvement project. In our case, we were taking out the wall between our dining room and living room in the interest of making the space feel more ... well, spacious I guess. Big project, would've been terrified to tackle it on our own. Really glad we brought in the pros. They made something that would've been a nightmare to tackle on our own something which we barely had to get involved with. We hired Oakin Home Improvements to finish our basement in the anticipation of selling our home at a higher price.
