Horrible experience. I used them for about two years. My business income declined. Then I checked my call tracking on my yellowbook.com service and discovered recordings of customers waiting as long as 4.5 minutes to talk to a live person. Baffling that an answering service can't answer phones. I offered to settle my last bill at half price and they declined. Share Your Review
