My central heat went out thanks to damage from Hurricane Sandy, which was totally uncool being as it was the dead of winter - of course. I called four different heating specialists before New Hyde Park said they were able to get me set up within the same business day. At that point I abruptly canceled the appointment I had set for later in the week with another heating company and prayed that the availability of this one didn't reflect poor standards.

Turns out that for whatever reason, I just lucked out. They did a great job installing a new heater, and the price wasn't even quite as painful as I had been picturing, which is outstanding for same day service. I don't have a single complaint.
