When we were visiting the Cotswolds in England, we just fell in love with all those beautiful gardens surrounding the cottages and manor houses there. They felt like such special places, so relaxing and beautiful and evocative of other times. When we got home, we thought a lot about those gardens, and then gradually came to the realization that we wanted to build one of our own. That way we'd have something that would always connect us to our special trip and feel just as peaceful and relaxing.

Neither of us being gardeners, we did a lot of research but still weren't sure how to begin. Enter Montur Landscaping. These people did a stunning job transforming our backyard into an English-style garden with little hedges and an herb garden and roses. It's beautiful, it smells amazing, and we even have herbs to cook with! Of course, it's been a steep learning curve discovering how to take care of it, but it's been a fun and rewarding journey, and we've loved every minute of it.
