I operate a hotel, and we're open seasonally. We make better money in the summer than we do in the winter, so we usually just close our doors when the tourism season is over. One thing we do each year is clean the hotel thoroughly after we close up so that it will be pristine when we open the next spring. I don't like to ask our regular staff members to deal with this because it is a big job and falls outside the job descriptions of most of our staff members. So I pay a little on the top and have Miracle Maids do it. They are fast and efficient and know how to clean every surface and never miss a spot. They do a better job than my own people would, and it isn't really that much more expensive than paying my own staff would be.
