Worst customer service experience EVER from THE OWNER!!!!!!! I came in to this car wash with a coupon I received that day. Owner refused to honor coupon price AFTER car was already started through the car wash machine, stating he didn't have time to change the price before the mail out. Classic bait & switch scam! When I asked him to honor it, he went ballistic on me. I told him that he should honor the price on the printed coupon because my car had already been taken back & I had no knowledge that they weren't going to follow through on the ad. He called me a "f*cking jerk" & told me that now the price had gone up even more!!! I asked the receptionist to please stop the service & that I would pay for anything done up until that point. He yelled "What did you just say to her?!" He told the receptionist to charge me $20 for whatever had been done which I paid. I was in shock & all I could say was that he was being very unprofessional & not much of a gentleman. He proceeded to call me other names in addition to telling me he didn't need my money, not to come back, & that he was kicking me "the f*ck out" of his car wash!!! As I quietly walked out of the office, he continued to holler. He then asked me to point out my car so he could make sure which car he was kicking out of his business. He seemed even more upset that I wasn't stooping down to his level & engaging him in an argument. I waited until the car came out, tipped the employees, & noticed him reaching into my car (I figured he was putting back my floor mats). His employees were obviously intimidated & embarrassed by him & apologized on his behalf. I told them not to apologize for their ignorant owner's actions. About an hour after I left, when I lifted my purse off the passenger seat, I realized it was soaking wet. There had been water poured onto the seat & onto documents & other items I had on there. I guess that was his way of proving something to me. I wish I could give this business negative stars. I WILL be contacting the BBB. I feel sorry for his employees. Funny thing is that the coupon flyer states it's under new ownership & they accept competitor's coupons LOL.
