Middle Neck Pharmacy is one of the better pharmacies in town. When you walk in the door, they acknowledge you and ask you if you need anything, without fail. If you do need help, they actually help you find things. They're very fast about the prescriptions too. At my old pharmacy I always had to call everything in, whereas here, if I walk in and ask to have the prescription filled, ten minutes later, it's usually done, and I can spend the time in the meanwhile browsing the shelves.
